Kristy Lloyd is a senior contracts and commercial specialist with over fifteen years of experience across construction, building, mining, oil and gas, and defence-adjacent projects throughout Australia.
Kristy has worked for Tier 1 contractors in the construction sector and on the client side for major organisations including BHP, Rio Tinto and Roy Hill. This breadth of experience provides Kristy with a strong understanding of both principal and contractor perspectives, enabling balanced and commercially grounded advice.
Kristy has extensive experience working with Australian Standard, Defence and bespoke private contracts, supporting clients across the full contract lifecycle from contract formation and negotiation through to project delivery, variations, claims, extensions of time and close-out.
